TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing a commission, you confirm to have read and agreed to my Terms of Service.

GENERAL:

– To purchase a commission, you have to be a legal adult in the place you live. No exceptions.
– I reserve the right to refuse any commission without explanation.
– A commission is considered ‘accepted’ after the payment has been received.

THINGS I WILL NOT DRAW or ASK ME IF I’M OKAY WITH THOSE:

– Human characters
– Adult themed cub & underage
– Vehicles and mecha
– Complex city landscapes
– Hard kinks like rape/scat/watersports/diapers
– Rule34/macro-micro/hyper
– Complex interiors
– Complex clothing

RIGHTS TO USE:

–  Your commission is for your personal use only; you may repost it online anywhere you want, with given credits. You may also print it or use it for personal items. Before making any alterations to the artwork, such as coloring, please contact me before doing so.
– I have right to post finished commission in my galleries, Patreon and social media (unless agreed otherwise*).
– As an artist I retain rights to use commissioned art for personal use and in reproduction (prints, artbooks, etc). That means you agree to me selling art with your character(s) in a limited amount of copies (unless agreed otherwise*).
–  The commissioner may not under any circumstances reproduce commissioned art to sell commercially without previous agreement.
– In the case of commissioning artwork for commercial use, please contact me to discuss the licensing fees.
– When posting commissioned artwork please always credit me as the artist – I greatly appreciate that, thanks!

*A private commission (not posting online/no selling copies) is possible with additional price. Please contact me before to discuss the price.

PAYMENT INFO:

– Paypal only. I will request payment via a Paypal invoice.
– Payment is upfront. In some rare cases I may discuss payment plans.
– Payment currency in EURO (EUR/€).
– A commission is considered ‘accepted’ after the payment has been received.
– Payment plans may be considered with commissions above 200 EUR.
– Price may vary with extra details or complex characters (extra limbs, tattoos, complex designs.)

EXPECTED FINISHING TIME and REFUNDS:

– Depending on commission type, working may take up to 6 months.
– If there is a certain deadline to your commission, please let me know as soon as possible.
– I will always strive to keep in touch with the commissioner during the commission process. If the commission has been taking longer than expected, the commissioner will be informed about the reasons for delay and may be eligible for a refund if they choose to cancel the commission.
– Please inform me about wanting a refund before contacting Paypal.
– If the client wishes to cancel their commission before any progress has been made they will receive a full refund.
– If the client wishes to cancel their commission during the sketch stage they will be refunded 50% of what they paid.
– If the client wishes to cancel their commission during or after the coloring stage they will not be issued a refund.
– Poor communication might result in cancelation.
– Repeated cancellation of commissions without due reason will result in blacklisting.

WORKFLOW, WIPs AND EDITS:

Sketches:

– I do not show WIPs for sketch commissions. Minor changes are possible after finishing the sketch.

Painted commissions/flatcolors/shaded fullbody:

– With regular commissions (painted/flat) I draw by your given description and/or additional references, and then show you the rough sketch.
– Reference is required (I can work with text in certain commissions but please ask).
– If you are not satisfied with the full initial pose, I will design one new pose for free based on your feedback updated description, but each next full redraw of the picture will be consider a new commission. Minor tweaks/changes are acceptable.
– I reserve the right to use rejected sketches for other commissions or personal art. This also applies to sketches shown you as a pose/environmental ideas made for the commission.
– Multiple WIPs will be send after certain phases, i.e. sketch/lineart/base colours/refined character.
– All needed changes/edits need to be done during the sketch phase. I’ll consult all the changes with you. Only when we both agree the sketch looks good, I’ll proceed.
– One free change is allowed during the coloring process, unless it is my fault in a misinterpretation of a reference. Any extra changes will have an additional charge.
– One free change is allowed in the drawing after the color process is completed, unless it is my fault in a misinterpretation of a reference (e.g. missed jewelry/markings). Any extra changes will have an additional charge.
– Once the artwork is completed, I do not rework finished pictures or apply big changes to them.

Wing-it:

– Wing-it commissions are drawn with your reference and brief idea. The outcome is my interpretation of your idea.
– One WIP after the sketch will be provided.
– Reference is required (I can work with text in certain commissions but please ask).
– If you are not satisfied with the full initial pose, I will design one new pose for free based on your feedback updated description, but each next full redraw of the picture will be consider a new commission. Minor tweaks/changes are acceptable.
